Shipping & Delivery Time
  • Orders are shipped through our approved shipping partners, offering both local and international delivery services. Delivery times vary depending on the selected courier, destination city, or country.
  • Domestic delivery within Saudi Arabia usually takes 1 to 5 business days, and in some cases may extend up to 7 business days, depending on the courier and delivery location.
  • All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended by up to 10 additional business days in accordance with the shipping company’s policies.
  • Orders are handed over to the shipping company within 5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery time is calculated starting from the moment the order is handed over to the courier.
Address & Shipping
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The store is not responsible for modifying address details after the order is placed.
  • Delivery will be made to the specified address or to the nearest available courier branch.
  • In case of incorrect address details, no response, repeated delivery rescheduling, or return due to incomplete information, the customer will bear all return or re-shipping costs.
  • Any delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address information releases the store from responsibility.
Order Tracking
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped.
  • After shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the order with the shipping company to ensure timely receipt.
  • A tracking number will be sent via email. If the email is not received, the customer may contact the store to obtain the tracking number.
  • If the shipment is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, the customer must notify the store within 3 business days through the official communication channels.
  • If the shipment is damaged during delivery, the customer must notify the store within 3 business days and provide documented proof (such as photos of the damaged shipment) to request compensation. Failure to report within this period will be considered a waiver of the right to compensation.
Changing the Shipping Company
  • The store reserves the right to change the shipping company if it is in the interest of faster delivery or to ensure safe arrival of the order.
Important Notes
  • Haseed Store is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by the shipping company. The store’s responsibility is limited to issues resulting from errors in order preparation or packaging prior to handover to the courier.
  • Any delivery delays caused by the courier are outside the store’s responsibility.
  • Orders are shipped after preparation is completed. Official holidays are not counted within the preparation period, and shipping will be resumed on the courier’s official business days.

Return Policy
  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Return requests will not be accepted for used, damaged, or non-original condition products.
  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
Exchange Policy
  • Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of order receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • The replacement product will be sent after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Non-Returnable Products
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Discounted products or items purchased during sales/promotions (unless defective).
  • Perishable goods, food items, or health-related products.
