Shipping & Delivery +

Orders are shipped through our approved shipping partners, offering local and international delivery. Delivery times vary by courier, destination city, and country.
Domestic delivery within Saudi Arabia usually takes 1 to 5 business days, and may extend to 7 business days depending on the courier and location.
All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally extend by up to 10 additional business days per the courier's policies.
Orders are handed to the shipping company within 5 business days of confirmation. Delivery time is calculated from the handover moment.

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. The store is not responsible for modifications after the order is placed.
Delivery is made to the specified address or the nearest available courier branch.
Incorrect address, no response, or repeated delivery rescheduling — the customer bears all return or re-shipping costs.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after shipment.
After shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to track the order with the courier.
A tracking number is sent by email. If not received, please contact the store to obtain it.
If the shipment is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, notify the store within 3 business days via official channels.
If the shipment is damaged during delivery, notify the store within 3 business days with documented proof. Failure to report waives the right to compensation.

Haseed Store is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay caused by the courier. Responsibility is limited to errors in order preparation or packaging prior to handover.
Official holidays are not counted within the preparation period; shipping resumes on the courier's business days.

Returns & Exchanges +

You may request a return within 7 days from receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, with the invoice.
Return requests are not accepted for used, damaged, or non-original products.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from order receipt, provided the product is in original condition.
The customer bears exchange shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
The replacement is sent after the returned item is received and inspected.

Reselling or exploiting any part of the website's content without prior written permission is prohibited.
