How do I track my order? +
Once your order is placed, we'll send a message with your tracking number. You can also follow the order status from your account page.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery takes two to four business days within the Kingdom. Shipping happens immediately after roasting.
Can I change my order after confirming? +
You can edit your order within two hours of confirmation — just reach our team on WhatsApp.
What roast levels do you offer? +
Light, medium, and dark. Each harvest has its recommended roast curve, and you can request another at checkout.
How do I keep coffee fresh after opening? +
Keep the bag somewhere dry, away from sunlight, and close the valve after each use. Best consumed within four weeks of opening.
Do you offer returns or exchanges? +
Yes — if an order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement right away at no cost.
How does the loyalty program work? +
Every riyal you spend = two points. Points convert to discounts (50 points = 5 SAR off) on any future order.
