Gishamvu is a specialty coffee bean crop from the Huye region (Fuji–Uraga area) in Rwanda, of the Heirloom variety. It is processed using the anaerobic natural method and grown at an altitude of 2000 meters. It features notes of yellow fruits, mango, high sweetness, and soft caramel undertones, with a rich and well-balanced fruity profile.
